Website not recognizing salary portability

The website is not recognizing signal portability. For example, I receive my salary at Banco do Brasil, and the portability goes straight to Mercado Pago. In this case, the website recognizes it as a transfer to the same person, which ends up impacting the total revenue, always remaining negative.
