Ability to edit categories/subcategories

It would be very interesting to allow users to edit the name, color, and icon of existing categories, as well as create new subcategories. I believe it may be more difficult to implement this for system categories, but at least it would be very interesting to be able to create custom categories and subcategories, because today it is only possible to create one category; I cannot create "Housing" and then create "Bills," "Purchases," etc. within it.

And, of course, to be able to edit the custom category that was created by the user themselves.
