Conditional/OR Logic for Transaction Rules

I want to be able to create conditional title rules using "OR" logic or regex (e.g., match "A" OR "B"). This is important because currently I have to create multiple separate rules for the same transaction type when the title varies slightly, which makes rule management more complex.
