Register odometer and service forecasts

I have a suggestion, but I don't know if it fits at the moment. But since the idea is control... I thought we could register our cars and, in addition to registering the financing/consortium, we could register the car's odometer, so we can plan for future servicing. Then we would have some predictability of how much we would have to spend on servicing, etc., every x months. In addition to the IPVA/licensing.
